Chef/restaurateur Daniel Boulud (Daniel) has reopened Café Boulud in the former Vaucluse space. Executive chef Romain Paumier leads the kitchen turning out sophisticated cuisine based on a French and American foundation. Also part of the property is Maison Barnes, a collaboration between Boulud, Georgette Farkas and Parisian company Barnes International.
