Trends may come and go, but the bustling bistro atmosphere and comforting cuisine (sole meunière, ribs of beef with gratin savoyard, steak tartare, roast chicken, hachis parmentier...) at Chez Georges remains the same despite of its takeover by the Menut brothers (La Grande Cascade, Bellagio...). And so do the high prices.
