Chef Miguel Aburto specializes in northern and southern Italian fare, with popular selections like roasted Panamanian sea bass with mint pesto and pistachios and the lamb porterhouse with fried polenta sticks, garlic and rosemary. A wine list featuring more than 250 Italian and California selections is a nice companion.
