About the restaurant: Seasonal California cuisine is offered at this poolside restaurant, named for the year The Beverly Hilton opened. With a wraparound view of the hotel pool, the dining room is sleek and modern.
Food & Drinks: Dinner might start with roasted sunchokes and parsnips with chimichurri, or perhaps lobster mac ‘n’ cheese. Entrées range from California white sea bass paired with purple sweet potato ravioli to citrus-brined free-range Jidori chicken. Dessert indulgences include warm chocolate pudding cake and a vanilla crème brûlée. The bar is lively and makes for a good excuse to linger.
