Owner-maître d' Antonio Cerra is as hospitable as can be. His recitation of daily specials will have you eagerly awaiting the fresh pasta, risotti, seafood and game dishes. Begin with executive chef Alberto Argudo's specialties like grilled jumbo shrimp over a Tuscan bean and baby artichoke salad, carpaccio of smoked salmon, black peppercorn-crusted yellowfin tuna, homemade agnoletti stuffed with sweet Italian sausage or gnocchetti made with buffalo mozzarella and ricotta. Stellar main courses include baked marinated smoked salmon, Chilean sea bass with julienned vegetables and buffalo filet mignon medallions in a port wine reduction. Homemade cannoli and tiramisu are not to be missed. Adding to the pleasure, there's piano playing and singing every night.
