Daa! Dumplings sells Russian dumplings in a stall at the Turnstyle Underground Market (at the 59th Street Columbus Circle subway station). Varieties include plump "Siberian Style" pork dumplings, mini dumplings in chicken broth and Georgian style soup dumplings. Chef Ksenia Kolesova, who is a co-owner with her partner Raphael Nieto, came to New York by way of Bratsk in Siberia and thought it was time her new city had a taste of real Russian dumplings.
