: Jane’s cooking utilizes fresh local ingredients. Starters range from toasted ricotta gnocchi with Parmesan, parsley and white truffle crèma to tuna tartare and a watermelon salad. Main courses include a few intriguing pasta and risotto dishes, but fresh seafood and interestingly prepared meats like pepper-rubbed chicken breast dominate. There’s also an extensive wine list, craft beers, and a well-chosen specialty cocktail menu.
