Restaurateur Nicole Rubi has opened the Parisian version of her Niçoise establishment La Petite Maison de Nicole. Located in the Hôtel Fouquet’s Barrière Paris, the restaurant transports the tastes and aromas of the Côte d'Azur to the Champs-Élysées each night. The Hôtel Fouquet's Barrière team, led by head chef Jean-Yves Leuranguer, has crafted a Mediterranean menu with an emphasis on fresh, local produce. Provencal stuffed vegetables, fried local mullet and lobster linguini are all signature dishes. If possible, save room for hotel pastry chef Claude Ducrozet’s dessert menu, which features house specialties such as the white chocolate mousse tiramisu.
