: This tavern in a good neighborhood, with the look of a Spanish "venta," houses an establishment with one of the best relationships between quality and price in the capital. Without losing his way, Stéphane Jégo, taught at the Yves Camdeborde school, unfurls his line of Southwestern cuisine, at once appropriate for bistro and gastronomic settings. On the plate, that translates to lamb's foot risotto, fresh roasted cod with andouille sausage and bacon, thyme-breaded coeur de boeuf tomatoes, and free-range rabbit fillet (lunch menu at €42 and dinner menu at €78). The result? You must arm yourself with patience and elbow your way into this enthusiastic establishment. |
