Le Belisaire Restaurant Review:
This small bistro makes great food with simple ingredients for moderate prices. For 22€ at lunch and 32€ for dinner, you can choose from five appetizers and ten entrées (marinated mushrooms and poched eggs in red wine, gazpacho au tourteau, duck liver and lamb Parmentier) plus dessert. The owner, Mathieu Garrel, is a student of Gérard Besson, famous chef and professor.
