The beef bourguignon, slowly stewed in a casserole, is a must, as well as the green lentil soup served with Morteau sausage or tripe specialities from Lyon. Modern dishes, carefully prepared by a seasoned chef, are also offered in a pleasant décor. Prix-fixe: €21 at lunch and €30 for dinner.
