Maceo Restaurant Review:

While the bright lighting here may be somewhat harsh, diners especially love the well-spaced tables and semi-private library alcove, the perfect setting for a small group. Thierry Bourbonnais' quality, contemporary French cooking is speedily served by a well-intentioned waitstaff. Standout appetizers include a duck foie gras, grilled bread tartines with sangria caramel or prawns sautéed with quinoa, lemon confit, and ginger. Some featured main courses: John Dory glazed Noirmoutier potatoes and a double-breasted duck with fresh greens and spicy pineapple. Desserts are standard but manage to still prove sinful---chocolate cake with bergamote ice cream is a must. Lovely bar and a private room for parties or corporate events. The unconventional wine list also merits a mention since Macéo is affiliated with the nearby Willi's Wine Bar.
