During these unprecedented times, it is always good news when a restaurant reopens to welcome diners. Ocean Prime, located in Beverly Hills, CA, is graced with a beautiful terrace overlooking Wilshire Boulevard (don’t worry, you cannot hear the traffic).

It is such a coveted patio that I had to wait 30 minutes for my table. To celebrate this success, I ended up sabering (blindfolded) a bottle of J Brut Sparkling Rosé by J Vineyards & Winery. See video below.
