The menu at this restaurant in ABC Carpet & Home features highly inventive and tasty tapas with dishes such as cocas (a kind of pizza-tortilla hybrid laden with delicacies like porcini mushrooms, Serrano ham, garlicky clams and smoky bacon), baby eels served in a heady bath of olive oil, and simply grilled baby octopus. The space is almost gothic in feel---imagine the seventeenth-century castle of some Bavarian madman. Crystal chandeliers hang in groups of five or more, and pillared candles drip wax indiscriminately on antique tables.
