This subterranean bar is still one of the sexiest spots around, despite the glasnost theme. Grab a low-slung table, hail one of the slinky waitresses and order one of the bar's many infused vodkas, single malt Scotches or bottles of bubbly. If you're feeling flush, order an ounce of caviar served with traditional garnishes, blini and toast points, or take your chances and order a dish from the regular menu. We like the pirozki pastries stuffed with spinach and cheese and the hearty rib-eye steak sandwich. French fries come wrapped in a Russian newspaper, and the smoked fish plate is just salty enough to keep your bar tab running.
