About the restaurant: 7 Mile Kitchen offers all-day dining poolside at Sheraton Carlsbad Resort & Spa. There are also indoor tables and some bar seating.
Food & Drinks: The classic American menu presents dishes like smoked wings, fennel sausage meatballs and Caesar salad for starters. The patty of the O.G. Burger is a blend of short ribs, brisket and chuck, qualifying it for the gourmet burger category. In the "Specialty Plates," the IPA Battered Fish & Chips is a good choice. Artisanal pizzas are only served at dinner time. End the meal with cheesecake brûlée or seasonal gelato.
