Aspire wins points for improved accessibility over its more formal predecessor (L'Epicureo). Three distinct dining spaces may appeal to those who want a choice among an elegant night out, al fresco courtyard dining or chic small plates at the hotel's stylish bar. Rhode Island influences are evident in a menu that leans heavily on seafood, and young professionals watching their budget will appreciate the $10 beer and wings special at the bar on Sunday and Monday nights during football season. Menu highlights include seared scallops with potato gnocchi, grilled giant prawns over squid-ink pasta and a braised pork shank served with German spƤtzle.
