Aspire Restaurant Review

: This Hotel Providence hot-spot has grown into an established part of the city’s restaurant scene. Three distinct dining spaces appeal to those who want a choice of environments for an elegant night out, be it in the chandelier-lit main room, al fresco courtyard for noshing, or enjoying chic small plates at the hotel's stylish bar. Rhode Island influences are evident in a menu that leans heavily on seafood, and young professionals watching their budget will appreciate the $10 menu prices from 4 p.m.-6 p.m. at the A-Bar. Menu highlights include Point Judith lobster served with a maple-sage jus, and Atlantic salmon complemented by local parsnips and pears. Dessert choices include Meyer lemon panna cotta or a rich chocolate decadence cake. A special three-course theatre menu is available when there’s a show in town.
