Milagro (Spanish for “miracle”) is a bistronomic restaurant from chef Justin Kent (who was raised in New Mexico, USA) and his wife, Lindsey. Expect dishes like chorizo and sweet potato croquettes with Greek yogurt and pickled red onion; rack of lamb with corn cream, spelt and corn salad; and catch of the day with broccoli, turnip, courgette and scallop roe cream.
