This organic and macrobiotic restaurant, in the heart of Union Square, provides a relaxing respite from the city---and serves tasty food to boot. For three decades, it has offered healthy cuisine according to the policy of no meat, no sugar, no dairy products, no preservatives and no microwaves. The result is better than it sounds. Really.
