Managed by Diabolical Nightlife Associates (DNA), an experienced Las Vegas nightclub operator, the Beverly Hilton's bar210 features a menu of small plates and appetizers. Bar210 and an adjoining nightclub called Plush are located in the space that housed the venerable Trader Vic’s for more than half a century. Designed by Tom Ford, it’s now a sexy aubergine-and-gold environment with sleek lounge furniture and opulently tassled chandeliers.
