Barrique Restaurant Review

: Venice's Italian restaurant Ado has been renamed Barrique. Chef Antonio Mure still presides over the kitchen, while Tony Black, formerly Ado's head server, has stepped in as a co-owner. The charming setting also remains the same: a vintage 1908 wooden house painted canary yellow. The menu of rustic, high-end cuisine highlights homemade pastas, such as the signature red beet tagliolini with Marsala quail rag├╣ resting on a bed of rich Taleggio cheese fondue, along with game dishes like grilled wild boar chop.
