BISTRONOMIE by Baumé Restaurant Review:
Chef Bruno Chemel has transformed his Palo Alto restaurant Baumé into BISTRONOMIE by Baumé. (The restaurant is named for French alchemist Antoine Baumé, a nod to the chef's molecular French influences.) A pescatarian tasting menu is served, featuring octopus, cauliflower, salmon, seabass, cheese and dessert. Carnivores can add on tastings of Kagoshima Wagyu beef as a supplement.
