Bouchon Bakery Restaurant Review

: Chef Thomas Keller's Bouchon Bakery provides quick and casual fare, downstairs from his popular bistro Bouchon. Like any respectable French pâtisserie, it offers viennoiseries like croissants, pain au chocolate and a delicate almond brioche pastry. Additional items include breads, Parisian-style macarons, éclairs and canelés (the tiny rum cakes from Bordeaux). For lunch on the run, businesspeople drop in for quiches or traditional jambon et fromage baguette sandwiches. And for entertaining, you can take home a chicken liver mousse or salmon rillettes terrine.
