The wood-fired-oven pies are made fresh while you watch and the toppings range from beef pepperoni to porcini and shiitake mushrooms, baby spinach and grilled shrimp. We can't resist the Brooklyn special---a paper-thin crust topped with homemade pesto, black olives, roasted garlic, pine nuts, sun-dried tomatoes and goat cheese.
