THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED GO Burger Restaurant Review:

The BLT family of restaurants --- we know it best for the BLT Steak on Sunset --- brings us this casual spot in the heart of Hollywood. Unlike the steakhouses, where it’s easy to run up a monster tab, GO Burger is a modest burger joint in the best all-American traditions; in fact, it's a spinoff of the company’s GO Burger truck that rolls through the streets of New York. Among its specialties is the UltiMELT burger, with a pair of Gruyère-and-rye grilled cheese sandwiches for "buns" --- in other words, the best of two great American sandwiches. You can also customize your own burger with interesting items like balsamic-caramelized onions, Camembert and miso-infused Russian dressing. At the bar, you’ll find basic cocktails, a short but esoteric wine list and craft brews. Other items include chicken wings, a Kobe-style dog, a salmon burger, mac ‘n’ cheese, fish ‘n’ chips, Vidalia onion rings and booze-spiked milkshakes. For a burger place, the design is sleek and sophisticated, with menu phrases inscribed on the ceiling.
