Cafe Sevilla Restaurant Review: Come for dinner and stay for tango, flamenco or other live music that frequently further enlivens this already vibrant establishment. Three-course meals accompany the dinner shows, but if you’re looking for a more laid-back experience in the rustic but seductive dining room, many options await. You can create an entire meal from the list of tapas (our recommendation), which features versions of classic Spanish snacks (e.g. croquetas, tortilla Española), Spanish-inspired items like bacon-wrapped dates stuffed with Cabrales blue cheese, and some contemporary dishes with little relation to an authentic Spanish tapas bar. Among entrées, you’ll find Catalan chicken braised in sherry with raisins and figs, and a variety of both traditional and innovative paella presentations. Wash it down with sangría or some decent, reasonably priced Spanish wines, and conclude your meal with flan.
