 Casa Sanchez offers a menu that ranges from classic Mexican dishes such as chicken and steak fajitas and enchiladas de mole to honey chipotle barbecue ribs and salmon grilled with tequila, lime and sautéed shrimp. A short wine list is offered, as well as a selection of more than two dozen tequilas plus cocktails such as the Millionaire Margarita made with Don Julio 1942 Tequila, Grand Marnier Centenaire and lime juice. A live mariachi band performs Thursday-Sunday evenings.
