John and Bob Long (who brought you Roxbury, Georgia and Atlantic) team with restaurant designer Christopher Ciccone (Madonna's brother) and Nic Adler (he owns The Roxy) for Central, located on the second floor of Sunset Millennium Plaza. They've turned it into a lush Mediterranean setting with Italian cypress trees, white rose bushes and a retractable glass roof. Chef Jamie DeRosa (formerly of Wolfgang Puck Café) is behind the New American menu.
