Cowboy Ciao Wine Bar & Grill Restaurant Review: Cowboy Ciao has it all---a mix of young and hip chefs, wine experts and a promotional staff that make this restaurant a place to see and be seen. The menu ranges from the signature exotic mushroom pan-fry with cremini, button and oyster mushrooms in ancho cream over double-cooked polenta with grilled portobello mushrooms, avocado, tomato and cotija cheese to the pig n' pudding, pulled pork in chipotle-balsamic barbecue sauce, to the espresso-rubbed filet mignon with Cabernet demi-glace. The restaurant is also known for its chopped Stetson salad, elk with risotto and pesto, Mexican pot de crème and bread pudding. Aside from boasting a great wine list, Cowboy Ciao also soars with its innovative wine flight program. |
