The atmosphere of this endearing hole-in-the-wall is in sharp contrast to the lavish, marble-clad dim sum palaces just down the street. Nonetheless, a simple meal here can be a rewarding experience. Among the plethora of dumplings, our favorites are the plump, pan-fried pot stickers served still sizzling from the hot oil, along with the oily but delicious scallion pancakes, salt and pepper pork chops and hot Szechuan shredded pork.
