Ebisu Restaurant Review: Ebisu is a favorite with sushi connoisseurs and draws long lines (be prepared for a wait). If it's available, get the toro (fatty tuna belly); the meat seems to melt in your mouth. The yellowtail, sea urchin and sweet shrimp are reliably first-rate (the last served with their tempura-fried heads). We also recommend the oysters served with lemon and ginger. Cooked dishes are well prepared, but don't let them distract you from the sushi. |
