El Sitio Borinquen Restaurant Review:
El Sitio Borinquen translates simply as "the Puerto Rican Place" and that pretty much sums it up at this unassuming Park Slope restaurant, which offers an eclectic menu of South American and Latin American fare. The limited seating in the restaurant, which has a casual atmosphere that feels more like a café, is aided by additional seating in the more spacious backyard garden where patrons can enjoy Latin American appetizers such as the empanada sampler, rellenos and other small plates. Salads and Latin-style sandwiches as well as classics like the grilled meat churrasco round out the menu. The wine list, featuring a number of South American reds and whites, will enhance the otherwise standard fare.
