Fiddle Heads Restaurant Review: Fiddle Heads is co-owned by husband-and-wife chefs Jim and Kirstie Strusienski in partnership with brothers Kevin and Brian Peinkofer. The American cuisine includes dishes such as seared boneless duck breast with golden raisin risotto and Merlot reduction, and filet mignon of pork with red onion marmalade and Gorgonzola and horseradish mashed potatoes. Add to the savory list grilled vegetable and corn pudding stack with toasted pignoli nuts and lemon-chive vinaigrette. Nothing sounds appealing? Look for numerous specials on the weekends and an ever-changing prix-fixe menu featured Tuesday through Thursday. |
