Adjacent to the Hollywood Farmers Market is Field Trip at the Farmers Kitchen, offering brunch and lunch built around whatever is fresh and in season. Chefs Minh Phan (Beachwood Café, Gaji) and Sarah Lange (The Hart & the Hunter, Flores) are behind the menu that’s an intriguing blend of Asian and Amish featuring items as diverse as a smoked sesame chicken banh mi and a croque “monster” on a house-made English muffin with Amish bologna, egg, roasted tomatoes, béchamel and jack cheese. There are pastries (sausage stuffed pretzel, anyone?) and a cold-brew coffee bar, too.
