Fiesta Grill Restaurant Review: This authentic Mexican restaurant compels in-the-know locals to drive miles to the tiny eatery out in the country---the food is worth both the drive and the sometimes long wait for a table. Start with a beer or sangría and a sampler of taquitos, flautas, nachos and quesadilla, served with guacamole and sour cream. Then choose between carne asada (grilled skirt steak, onions and avocado), chile verde (diced pork in a green chili sauce), chicken with a spicy mole sauce, or the delightful caldo siete mares (spicy seafood soup). For dessert, we suggest the fried ice cream with chocolate sauce or classic flan. The friendly service in this minimally decorated café is as satisfying as the food. |
