Fiesta Grill Restaurant Review: Mexican food-lovers drive miles to this unpretentious eatery out in the country, and the authentic, homey fare is worth the sometimes long wait for a table. Start with a beer or sangría and frijoles with chorizo dip or the generous Fiesta grill plate, a sampler of taquitos, flautas, nachos and quesadilla, served with guacamole and sour cream. Then choose between catfish with garlic sauce or carne asada (grilled skirt steak, onions and avocado), chile verde (diced pork in a green chili sauce), chicken with a spicy mole sauce, or the caldo siete mares (spicy seafood soup). For dessert, we suggest fried ice cream with chocolate sauce or classic flan. The friendly service in this minimally decorated café is as satisfying as the food.
