THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Fishlips Sushi Restaurant Review:

Admittedly, it sounds a little scary to eat sushi off a truck. But we did, and not only did we survive, but we were quite enamored of the pretty sushi spheres called temari that owner Takeshi Kimura creates, and impressed by the freshness of the fish. The menu is fairly substantive for a truck, offering a long list of rolls like caterpillar, dragon, crunchy shrimp tempura and a tropical salmon roll with mango. Lunch bento boxes ($5.95-$7.45) offer a combo of temari and rolls; the à la carte sushi menu (priced at $2-$2.95 for two pieces) features super fresh tuna, halibut, yellowtail, escolar, shrimp and more. Fishlips only uses organic vegetables, and the sushi rice is Koshihikari, Japan’s top brand.
