They don't miss a trick here in the food, wine or service. Whether you choose the Chef’s Tasting menu or opt for à la carte, you will have a topnotch dining experience. Look for deluxe tidbits like the seductive Hudson Valley foie gras with pecan crust and port wine-glazed fig; the first bite tells you the kitchen, overseen by chef de cuisine Marcos Segovia, knows its stuff. Deft handling of seafood and the obligatory Black Angus beef keep diners coming back as often as the cash flow allows. Do leave room for dessert, such as the Champagne strawberry cream or chocolate soufflé.
