The name GoodStuff leads many people to expect a health food restaurant rather than a casual coffee shop specializing in burgers, seafood and Mexican specialties. The GoodStuff chain started with a single burger joint, and the burgers here are still very good and offered with a variety of toppings. The Mexican dishes are mainstream but good, and pastas and seafood are reliably decent. The Manhattan Beach branch has imaginative murals and surf memorabilia inside and a nice outdoor patio, so wherever you're seated the atmosphere is pleasant. As the only restaurant in downtown Manhattan Beach with its own parking lot, it's a good choice on summer weekends when parking elsewhere is difficult. Beer and wine served.
