Industry folk like to talk shop over spring rolls and eight balls at this high-end billiard club that looks like a set for a ’40s-comic-book-style production of Orwell’s 1984. Hip’s the thing in various rooms with lots of private nooks and crannies, but the food can be better than you’d expect, particularly the reliably good grilled crab cakes.
