In addition to serving its handmade pastas and trademarked Lasagna Cupcakes at locations around Los Angeles, Heirloom LA is also a catering company and hosts dinners at The Salon in Glassell Park. With a strong focus on organic ingredients from small, local farms, the ever-changing food truck menu offers a variety of meats, vegetables, Mexican plates and more. Look for the truck outside of Silverlake Wine from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. on Mondays, and Everson Royce in Pasadena on Tuesdays from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m.
