Hu's Szechwan Restaurant Restaurant Review: There's almost always a wait for a table at Hu's, because the food has made a name for itself: fiery Szechuan dumplings, tender kung pao chicken, pungent shrimp with a Szechuan tomato sauce, savory dried-fried string beans with ground pork and a Mandarin chicken salad that is a perfect foil to all the spicy dishes. How much chili is used depends on the chef's whim; don't be shy to ask for more. Bottom line: Hu's serves the best Chinese food in Palms. |
