Ju-ni Restaurant Review:
Executive chef Geoffrey Lee serves 17 courses of omakase at this diminutive NoPa sushi counter, which seats just twelve diners (ju-ni means twelve in Japanese). Most of the fish on offer is flown in from the famed Tsukiji Market in Tokyo, and prepared using a combination of old-world technique and new-world ingredients. There are two reservation-only seatings nightly, at 6 p.m. and 8:30 p.m., with a strict cancellation policy. There is no à la carte menu; the omakase only menu is $118 per person.
