Signature bowls include the Spicy Ponzu Tuna (spicy ponzu, hijiki, avocado), Yuzu Miso Salmon (white miso, edamame, radish) and Roasted Beets (shredded kale, pickled ginger, red onion, toasted almonds, macadamia nuts).
