Kings of Kobe Restaurant Review:
The team behind the Kings of Kobe pop-up has this brick and mortar spot in Hell's Kitchen. Burgers and hot dogs are made with 100 percent American Wagyu beef. Creative takes on the classic hot dog include the Banh Mine, featuring marinated cucumbers and carrots, cilantro and Sriracha aïoli. Add on sides of sweet potato tater tots, truffle fries and mac & cheese balls. Also served are shakes, craft beer and wine, as well as banana pudding for dessert.
