Open since the nineteenth century, this brasserie is nowadays presided over by three seasoned chefs who have worked in prestigious restaurants: Philippe Marc, Alain Lac and David Rathgeber. In a convivial setting, enjoy the French traditional fare prepared with care. The soft-boiled egg cooked carbonara-style with oat pasta, bacon strips and onions and the original burger accompanied with pan-seared pain de campagne, ratatouille and crusty french fries are a treat. Vanilla cream coated with a salt-butter caramel coulis is a sure bet, too. Thirty items compose the wine list. Lunch menu at €29.
