THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Le Marmiton Restaurant Review:

In a city with a dearth of simple bistros, this is a pleasant discovery in the heart of the trendy Montana Avenue shopping district. It's ideal for just a glass of wine along with one of a half-dozen house pâtés, or a full meal. Adjacent to the dining room is a take-out counter offering a wealth of French cuisine to-go, and in front, a lovely brick patio. The petite dining room, with mustard walls, hand-painted accents and white-linened, candlelit tables, is casual but charming. We've been pleased with the coq au vin and entrecôte in green peppercorn sauce, served with good pommes frites. Other options include escargots, cassoulet, chicken in tarragon sauce, and beef bourguignon. There's always some good pastries and cheeses to finish up with.
