About the restaurant: Chef Tin Vuong and Jed Sanford originated the Little Sister concept in Manhattan Beach (since closed), and it has since established locations in Downtown LA, Redondo Beach and beyond.

Food & Drinks: Chef Tin Vuong blends Southeast Asian cuisine with French techniques. Skip around the various menu headings: “Essentials” (roasted bone marrow escargot), “Rice Paper” (grilled pork spring rolls), “Fish and Shellfish” (black pepper lobster with garlic noodles), “Meat and Poultry” (shaky shaky beef, spicy lemongrass chicken wings), “Soup and Noodles” (Saigon lemongrass beef, vermicelli noodles, herbs, cucumbers and chili-lime dressing) and “Eastside 626 Provisions” (spicy pickles, black rice).
