This popular hotpot restaurant serves up a powerful malaguo, or Szechuan-style hotpot, with enough of a numbing-hot punch to send you to the stratosphere and keep you there. You may choose to cook with the broth straight up, or have it yuanyang (in a combination) with a milky broth floating with ginseng and Chinese herbal medicines. Everything is do-it-yourself. You choose the cuts of meats and vegetables à la carte, and then cook them in the broth(s) in any way you like them.
