Chef Ludovic Lefebvre (LudoBites) puts his spin on fried chicken at this Los Angeles food truck. On offer are crispy breast strips that are hand-breaded to order, honey garlic-glazed wings, and a crispy chicken sandwich with béarnaise sauce, slaw and pickles on a brioche roll. Don’t forget a honey lavender biscuit on the side. To drink, you’ll find aguas frescas like basil blood orange or strawberry melon.
