Maison Barnes is located in the space adjacent to Café Boulud, and both are concepts from chef/restaurateur Daniel Boulud. Enjoy a menu of contemporary French fare, including dishes like poulet homardine ("The Chobster"), a strikingly presented duo of roasted sasso chicken and lobster, sauce nantua, wild rice. (The dish must be ordered two days in advance.)
